This Mapuche pendant bracelet is a link bracelet with six Kayu Pilpil pendants (Txari Kuwü), handcrafted in 925 sterling silver by the expert goldsmith who founded Ulcha Küyen. Its design combines elegance and simplicity, inspired by the ancestral symbols of the Mapuche culture. Layer it with a slim bangle for a stacked look, or wear it alone every day.
Pendants and dangling ornaments are a hallmark of traditional Mapuche silver jewelry, which has long been worn as an expression of identity and heritage. Ulcha Küyen was founded in Carahue, in Chile’s Araucanía region, by Mapuche goldsmith Marcelina Huentecura, and every bracelet is shaped by hand using chiseling and embossing techniques rooted in Mapuche tradition.
When you’re not wearing it, store it in a soft pouch. Remove it before swimming or applying perfume, and polish the silver gently with a soft cloth.
