The Virú bracelet is named after an ancient culture of Peru’s northern coast. This Peruvian ethnic silver bracelet features motifs with a twisted, rope-like finish and a blue-green stone. As a result, it has a rich, artisanal character.
Ilaria is a Peruvian jewelry house founded in 1992 by Italian-born designer Ilaria Ciabatti. Today, more than 100 skilled artisans work with the brand. Together, they blend contemporary design with Peru’s long silversmithing heritage. In addition, they shape and finish every piece by hand. Some designs, like this one, draw inspiration from pre-Inca traditions.
Virú suits earthy, relaxed styles. For example, wear it with a linen dress or a soft knit. Also, it pairs well with other ethnic silver pieces. However, it looks just as good on its own. Finally, it makes a meaningful gift for lovers of Peruvian culture.
Materials: 925 sterling silver and stone. Designer: Ilaria. Total length: approx. 19 cm (7.48″).
Keep the stone away from water, perfume and lotions, and store the bracelet in a soft pouch.
